The exhibition will be presented first in Barcelona, as a special event to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Nobel Prize for Physiology and Medicine awarded to Santiago Ramón y Cajal in 1906, jointly with Camillo Golgi, for their efforts in the field of the Neurosciences. The exhibition will be permanent, but will also tour other cities in Spain and around the world supervised by CosmoCaixa, Barcelona Science Museum of La Caixa Foundation.

The Cajal Centenary Conference on the Neocortex will also take place in Barcelona during the exhibition. Details to be anounced soon.
